How can I chat with my team?
Tap the “Chat” function in the app, tap your team name, and start chatting! It really is that simple!
How can I add another parent to my team?
Don’t panic! Adding another parent is easy – you can either email the club (info@morleyeaglesteeball.org) to get them added, or you can go through the app to invite them. First, open the “Management” function in the app. Tap on “Invite Members” to be able to send an invite to someone over SMS, e-mail, etc. Once they sign up, they can be added to your team!
How can I setup a duty roster for my team’s games?
Tap the “Teams” function in the app, tap your team, tap “Calendar”, find and tap on the game you want to setup a duty roster for, and tap “Duty Roster”
Tap “Add Duty” and setup each duty, then assign people to the role, and click Save. You can toggle “Send Notifications” to have the app notify people when they are assigned a duty – always a good idea to toggle this so everyone is aware of what they need to do to help make sure that game day runs smoothly for everyone!
Now when you tap back into “Duty Roster” everyone can see who is doing what – even better, if a duty is unassigned, it gives the option for people to volunteer to do it!
How can I change fixtures/training?
If you need to change your training time you MUST contact the club first. The training schedule involves a lot of moving parts – we will do our best to accommodate you if you do need a change, however, we cannot guarantee it once the training schedule has been locked in.
If there are any changes to the fixtures or your training schedule, the club will make the changes in the app for you. If you notice that we have missed something, please let us know! Email us on info@morleyeaglesteeball.org, send a message in the Team Officials chat, or send us a message on Facebook!
How can I send someone a private (direct) message?
In “Chat”, top the plus (+) button in the top-right corner
Select “Private Chat” for “Please select an option”, and then search “Recipients” for the person you want to send a message to, then type your message and press “Send” – and that’s it!
This chat will now show up in your chats list, along with team chats.
